Looking for a babysitting during birth Berlin

We are a family of three and soon to be four. Our need is very specific because I will be giving birth soon and we are looking for a babysitter who could stay with our daughter (she'll be 4 years old next Jan) during the time we go to hospital for the delivery. Due date is October 14th but it could happen weeks/days before or after... This is why we need someone who is not planning on leaving Berlin or going anywhere far in the upcoming month or so. As it could be at any hour of the day or night, we need you to be 100% reachable and flexible to come to our home even if it's during night-time (we would cover a taxi and extra night-fee). Or you might have to get her directly from school, maybe even the hospital... The other issue is that we can't know exactly how long it will take (sometimes up to a whole day). Our daughter is a super sweet child and very easy, she also speaks/understands german. We would plan two meetings at least so she can get to know you beforehand, of course paid like regular babysits.
