Nanny for my 5yo daughter to pick her from kita

We are a family with one kid. Me and my wife both work full time and I want to sometimes have less stressful evenings :)
Ideally I would like to get nanny help 2-3 evenings during the work week. Later when my daughter gets uses to a new person, we would be happy to occasionally delegate the child care during the weekend (by the mutual agreement on the date and duration).
